Yoga offers something for everyone, regardless of age, gender, faith, fitness or physical ability. It is a versatile and diverse practice for the health and wellbeing of our minds and bodies, addressing mental and physical strength, agility and flexibility through movement, stillness and awareness.  

 

Body, mind and breath are the 3 multi-dimensional constitutions involved in being human.  These aspects belong to each one of us and we are physically and mentally healthier when they are balanced and united.  I believe yoga is the tool to help us achieve this harmony.
